Follow Up with Acme · Q2
Tuesday, all day · Google Calendar
Q2 proposal pending Acme's decision. They need a final answer before end of month. Follow up on status and blockers.
How it works
01
Email hi@cyrm.to or forward any thread. No special format needed.
02
CYRM reads the thread and extracts what matters: the reminder, the date, and the why behind it.
03
A Google Calendar event with the full story: not just a title, but everything you need when it fires.
We never store your emails. CYRM only parses and saves the reminder. Your email content is discarded immediately after extraction.
Built for
Sales and account managers
Forward a prospect email and get a follow-up reminder with full deal context — pricing, blockers, next steps — right in your calendar.
Founders and operators
Turn Slack threads, email chains, and investor updates into dated reminders without switching tools or copying notes.
Anyone with a busy inbox
If you ever starred an email thinking "I'll deal with this later" and forgot — CYRM is the fix. Forward it and it's on your calendar.
Teams that run on email
Action items buried in long threads. Deadlines mentioned once and never again. CYRM surfaces them into your calendar before they're missed.

No. Your email content is discarded immediately after the reminder is extracted. We only store the parsed event details — title, date, and notes.
Every confirmation email includes an Edit link valid for 7 days. You can also edit or delete any reminder from your dashboard at any time.
Yes. If your email mentions a recurring pattern ("every Monday", "first of each month"), CYRM creates a recurring calendar event automatically.
